Do you offer a health guarantee?

Yes, kittens come with a 1- year health guarantee covering congenital issues (excluding FIP), provided you submit a specialist vet’s report, lab results, bloodwork, and ultrasound/X-ray within the guarantee period. We offer a replacement kitten of equal value, though a wait may be required. Kittens receive their first FVRCP shot and deworming from our vet, the vet records will be given on kitten pickup day. To validate our complimentary 1-year health guarantee, have your kitten examined by a cat-only or 4.5+ rated vet within five days after taking your kitten home from us.

We are not responsible for your kitten if it develops coronavirus, this can happen to any cat no matter the breed, due to the nature of coronavirus. FIP protection is available for $200 which also extends the health guarantee to two years. If your kitten develops FIP, we required vet documentation such as bloodwork, diagnosis, proof from your vet doctor. FIP is caused by a coronavirus, which typically only affects young cats and kittens with a very weak immune system.

Below is optional with a small fee

  • $200 - Health guarantee extended to 2 years with FIP protection

  • $350 - Echocardiogram on your kitten done by our vet

Are your cats and kittens TICA-registered?

Yes, our breeding cats are registered with TICA as Scottish Fold, Scottish Straight, or British Shorthair. Kittens come with TICA registration paperwork for you to register them with your chosen name and include pet-only showing rights for TICA shows.

What is the deposit amount and payment methods for reserving a kitten?

A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your chosen kitten, securing first or second pick of current or upcoming litters (Scottish Fold's and Scottish Straight's).

We accept cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Paypal and Cash-App.

For those opting to pay with Paypal or Cash- App via a credit card, a chargeback notice form document is required for signatures. This protects the licensed breeder against those who tries to use fraud on acquiring a kitten for free.

Payment plans may be offered in the future but are not currently available.

This is a big commitment on getting a pedigree kitten, please have a set decision before reserving with us as reserve fees are strictly non-refundable.

Is the reserve deposit refundable?

Reserve deposits for our kittens are strictly non-refundable due to the impact of lost opportunities with other prospective buyers. This policy ensures our dedication to ethical breeding standards and the responsible placement of our kittens into loving homes.

However, if a situation does happen, this fee can be applied to a future kitten of another litter.

Is a pet/sales agreement required?

Yes, all buyers are required to sign our kitten sales paperwork and our pet spay and neuter agreement. This is a legal document protecting both parties as well as recording sales for our taxed cattery. Pet-only buyers must provide proof of spaying/neutering. Unauthorized breeding results in legal action in Henderson, NV with a hefty fine.

All of our kittens are placed as pet only companions. We let our kittens go to their new homes at 10 weeks old (that is when they are ready to leave us), so that the new owners can still enjoy their baby stage of growing up. For those wanting to take home their kitten a week earlier, we do require a early kitten release paperwork to be signed.

Can I return my kitten after a few weeks or months due to behavior changes, allergies, or litter box issues?

No, we do not accept returns or refunds for these reasons. Once a kitten is in your home, it is your responsibility. Behavior changes may result from mistreatment, neglect, or environmental factors, such as unfixed cats causing aggression or marking. Ensure all other pets are spayed or neutered before adopting to improve your kitten’s relationship with you and other pets.

  • When it comes to allergies, please get tested before inquiring. We do not accept kitten/cat returns due to an allergy being developed. Every cat breed produces an allergen called Fel d 1. This is produced in the salivary glands, which can transfer onto a cat fur when a cat is grooming themself. Be careful of breeders saying they have hypo-allergenic breed, there is no cat breed that exists that is hypo-allergenic.

Are your kittens free?

No, our kittens are not for free, nor do we exchange them for influencer sponsorships or shoutouts. Our kittens are priced accordingly by the type of ear fold, and the coloring. This is a exotic and rare breed.

Can I visit kittens in-person before deciding to adopt?

Visits are only ACCEPTED with those who have already pre-reserved a kitten.

Visits are not accepted to those who wants to see if they are allergic or to play with them, we are not a petting zoo. Due to safety, health protocols and fraud, we do not accept visits  with everyone unless you have already pre-reserved a kitten of your liking from our website and or by a facetime / google meet video call.

Face-time video and google meet calls are accepted anytime after our kittens turn 5 weeks old. Only our available kittens will be shown, our reserved kittens are off-limits.

For our safety during visits, our property has surveillance cameras.

When should I spay/neuter my kitten?

We recommend spaying/neutering at 5–6 months or 5 pounds, per your vet’s advice, and before seven months to prevent territorial behavior or marking. Reason why we do not spay our Scottish kittens so young is it can actually be more harmful then good and its best to wait a little bit longer before a spay/neuter surgery. They need to grow some and have their immune systems developed a little bit longer before their surgery.

Spaying and neutering  promotes a calmer, loving demeanor with no behavioral issues such as spraying / marking territory.

In order to proceed with getting a kitten from us, you will have to sign a spay/neuter contract and our kitten sale paperwork. Pet-only buyers must provide proof of spaying/neutering, or unauthorized breeding will lead to legal action unless breeding rights has been purchased. All of our kittens are placed in pet homes only.

Are your Scottish Folds bred with other Scottish Folds?

No, we only breed our Scottish Folds Queens with British Shorthair Kings to maintain their unique look and ear folds while prioritizing health, trying to minimize health issues Scottish folds could develop and making the breed healthier.

TICA and CFA standards is only pairing Scottish Folds with British or American Shorthairs, which we follow to ensure healthy kittens, as I have signed the TICA code of ethics on maintaining and preserving the breed to produce kittens with healthier standards while still producing them to be of the breed standard. All of our Scottish Queens have their ear fold mutation DNA tested to make sure they only have 1 copy of the fold gene mutation. This is extremely important when it comes to ethically breeding Scottish Folds with British Shorthairs. This is what hobby / backyard breeders do not do and are the reason why there are unhealthy Scottish Folds around.

  • Breeding Scottish Fold with Scottish Fold is the reason why this beloved breed gets so much unwanted attention and a lot of misinformation widely spread on the internet. It is beyond unethical to breed a fold to fold. The outcome will cause the Scottish Fold to have deformities, short lifespan, long list of unwanted health issues. This is due to back yard breeders illegally and unethically breeding this breed to sell for cheap or for profit. Some of these backyard breeders will charge the same kitten price very similar to licensed ethical Scottish Fold breeders. Getting a Scottish Fold from a backyard breeder puts you at 99% high risk of getting a very unhealthy Scottish Fold. You will not be getting a pedigree kitten registered to an cat association such as TICA or CFA. You will be getting a moogie, which is a term for a breed being cross bred with other moogies and breeds. It may look like a Scottish Fold, but it wont be due to being bred by backyard breeders that are not licensed nor registered with a cat association.

  • Breeding Scottish Fold with Scottish Straight is risk of passing on some health issues. A Scottish Straight is born from a Scottish Fold, it is possible one can pass on that gene still. I do not breed our Scottish Fold Queens to Scottish Straight Kings, I do not support this. In fact, if you go onto tica.org look up the breed Scottish Fold, the show breed standards specifically states permissible outcrosses : American Shorthair, British Shorthair & British Longhair. This means the Scottish Fold to the breed standard is only to be bred with British or American Shorthairs. This is the only way to preserve, maintaining the Scottish Fold breed to be bred healthier and to be of the breed standards.

  • Breeding Scottish Fold with Munchkins, which is known as Scottish Kilt is unethical. That is combining two different mutant genes that will create severe health problems. Munchkins have a mutant gene of shortened limbs. Scottish Kilts is not a registered breed under TICA and CFA. They are considered a "designer" hybrid breed that some breeders will sell due to demand of those wanting a Scottish Fold with short legs. We do not produce Scottish Kilts for those reasons, this does not preserve the Scottish Fold breed to the breed standard at all.

  • Breeding Scottish Fold with a Sphynx, which is known as Skinderlop is unethical. That is combining two different mutant genes that will create severe health problems. Skinderlop is not a registered breed under TICA and CFA. They are considered another "designer" hybrid bred along with Scottish Kilts. We do not produce Skinderlops. The sphynx breed has a mutant gene of being hairless. Sphynx breed has been one of the cat breeds that has been tested very high in heart disease lately due to unethical breeding / lack of health screenings done. Combining this breed with a Scottish Fold is unethical for those reasons.

What breeds do you raise?

We focus on raising Scottish Fold and Scottish Straight kittens, primarily shorthairs, though longhair kittens are occasionally born, not often. We no longer breed British Shorthairs, but I do have a trusted breeder that can be recommended to you. She is who we went for our sweet Maximus, and she will be the breeder we go to again for a future boy British Shorthair. We are strictly a small home based cattery, that means we produce limited litters annually, prioritizing health. Kitten colors vary, and we appreciate your patience for available kittens.

Do you offer breeding rights?

Breeding rights are available to non-Nevada residents who are licensed/established breeders, the cost for full rights cost $3,000 on top of the kitten price of chosen kitten. This includes  breeding, showing, and pet rights. You must be TICA-registered with at least two prior litters. You will need to send me additional information such as proof you are TICA or CFA registered, state licensed and possess a breeding permit within the city you reside in. I work with only licensed breeders or an establish licensed cattery that possesses a breeder permit! I do not work with hobby/back yard breeders and those who just wants a litter or two at home. Local residents may discuss higher-cost breeding rights. Pet-only kittens must be spayed/neutered per our contract. Any unauthorized breeding will result in legal action with a hefty fine.

Are your cats healthy and tested?

Yes. We take great care to ensure the health of our breeding cats whom are our pets, with their annual examinations , up to date on vaccines as well as them being screened for HCM / heart health  (Every annual year, an echocardiogram is performed by our vet or a specialist vet to check on the heart, with results of diagnosis given to us), PKD (kidney Health) tested via bloodwork panel, PKD1 gene tested from UC Davis Veterinary Medicine, FeLV and FIV negative bloodlines so you can have peace of mind knowing your kitten comes from a healthy lineage.

Our cats not meeting health standards or one becoming older and ready for retirement will be removed from our breeding program. You can visit, Our Cats page, click on their image for more information of them including their health results (Echocardiagram, PKD1 gene results, Bloodwork panel, and for our Scottish Folds, their fold mutation results). If results are not shown on the page, it means they are due for an upcoming visit to get re-screened and tested and will be uploaded soon.

Do you have a waiting list for kittens?

Check our website for available kittens. We are a first come first serve.

If no kittens are available, you can join our inquire list for future litters.

Contact us with questions or requests via a text message. We do accept early reserve for 1st and 2nd pick of upcoming litters.

Do you deliver kittens out-of-state?

Yes, we offer U.S. delivery for a flat fee. The fee for surrounding nearby states of Nevada such as California, Utah, Arizona and Oregon is $350-$400 depending on the distance, I will be delivering the kitten personally to you by driving. Elsewhere, within the states only, delivery of kitten would be through flying with me (not through cargo), the flat fee is $1000.

The delivery fee is required upfront when reserving.

Local buyers receive free delivery.

* Cargo delivery is not acceptable for the Scottish Fold breed at all, in-fact any breed that is a brachycephalic breed should not be transported via cargo ever!

Do you offer retired breeding cats for adoption?

Rarely, we offer retired breeding cats at a lower price, depending on breed and color. They come with a recent health exam, health certificate, and updated vaccines but no health warranty or returns for behavior changes. We screen adopters to ensure loving, forever homes for these cherished cats. Our breeding pets are our pets, so rehoming one when that time comes will be very hard for us. We will be picky with who our retired cats go to.

What food do your cats and kittens eat?

Our cats eat Royal Canin, (Dry and Wet). Our queens when expecting and while raising kittens eat Royal Canin baby & mother food. Kittens are raised on Royal Canin Mother & Baby food, dry and wet. All of our cats and kittens drink from stainless steel bowls with fresh water as well as stainless steel water fountains. Food brands that are highly recommended is Royal Canin and Hill's Science, avoid cheap food brands. Fancy Feast "Classical Pate" is good for as a wet-food treat with some water mixed in.

  • Our cats do not eat a raw diet, please keep in mind that domesticated cats are not wild cats. A raw food diet has no proven scientific legitimate benefits for feeding domesticated cats. Raw food diet if not handled correctly comes with a lot of risks, concerns of nutritional imbalance will always be there and viruses such as bird flu. For some cats, a raw fed diet can actually be harmful and can cause digestive health issues, bacteria and parasitic issues as well as possibly putting your cat at risk of death. Raw food can also have the risk of neospora, an incurable brain parasite, that cannot be adequately killed with even freeze drying.

If our vet doctors does not recommend raw fed diet, I will not recommend it to you.

  • Encourage dry food and wet food diet with fresh daily water sources (stainless steel fountain or stainless steel bowls).
