Max was a stunning British Shorthair with a luxurious Black Golden Chinchilla coat. He was warm, kindhearted, and dignified, and his affectionate personality made him a true joy to be around. He loved being held and purred instantly when touched. Our sweet boy had the gentlest soul. He loved giving head bumps to us and to anyone who came to visit his kittens. He was incredibly friendly, affectionate, and calm.

Max came from a champion bloodline and an incredible breeder. He truly was what we considered the perfect British Shorthair, and we feel so lucky to have raised and loved him.

We miss him more than words can express. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy will live on in our hearts and through all of his beautiful babies. His last litter of babies were born on 6/4/26. All of his sweet babies have a part of our sweet Max that we have been truly grateful of raising and bringing them into new peoples lives.

Maximus passed away following complications from a urinary blockage. After initially being treated and returning home on 4/23/26, he unfortunately became blocked again within a few days. He was brought back to the vet on 4/28/26 for surgery, but he was too weak and passed away during preparation for the procedure.

Because of our experience, we encourage cat owners to be mindful of diet and hydration. We recommend working closely with a trusted veterinarian, considering well-established food brands like Royal Canin or Hill’s Science Diet, and ensuring cats have constant access to fresh water through fountains or clean bowls.
